Wednesday, aerobic ride down to Mt Martha (100km's), Sunday to Frankston.
Mid week, down to Mordi and back via Como Pde, Balcome Rd, then Beach Rd after Clock Tower. Weekends down to Mt Eliza (80km's)
Mon/Fri easy recovery, Wed's solid & Tues/Thurs flat out! Leave from Cnr Nth Rd & Nepean Hwy down to Mordi then back to St Kilda (Cafe Racer)
