Here is a great podcast for beginner cyclists on learning how to repair a puncture.

Keen to start ramping up the training and all the experts recommend Power meters.
Looking for some feedback on which one to purchase...any advice welcome!

Have used Ksyriums in the past (not big on bladed spokes), currently have American Classics 350 sprint which are now at the end of there life span.

I have done some preliminary research into heart rate monitors, so many to compare. Appreciate any suggestions.
