  • Don't fall!...just kidding welcome to cycling!
    When you start group riding, learn the hand signals and always ride on the outside line of the wheel in front.
    The biggest tip of group riding is don't over-lap the wheel in front and don't pass up the inside.

  • This is the best I have seen anywhere else Aerator Race at Total Cycling . I don't think you can get them in Australia very easily, but I guess they would retail for around AUD$600+

  • Amazing Stu, I put in all my details with cadence at 90rpm, 330 watts & 2km headwind.
    Riding on top of the bars 35.3kph
    Riding in the drops 40.1kph
    Riding Time trial position 42.5kph

  • Hi Flipper, I have used a Polar HRM for the past 5 years and would strongly recommend.
    There are many choices but any of the top of the range are excellent (725x).
    When you start doing more specific training, your Heart rate monitor will be the main tool that you will use.
